... later.I don't have a history of seizures prior to the topamax. They think it is from the sudden withdrawal ... was wondering the same as everyone else here whether to taper ...Actual Topamax side effects submitted by users ... was on xanax 4 1mg tablets a day for 4 years the withdrawal ... Then they sent me home with a 15 day taper of tablets ...Taper off Topamax: I have been on ... agreed it is time to taper off Topamax. This is a new Dr. and he does not typically prescribe this drug. I asked about withdrawal.I have to go off Topamax due to a health issue that it has caused. I also had to come off 300 mg very quickly for that reason. I cannot do a slow taper due ...
