Thyroid Cancer Fight

I was first diagnosed with thyroid cancer in November, 1999. Had surgery and radiation and thought we'd taken care of it. In December, 2006, I found a lump in my neck that turned out to be a lymph node that had turned to thyroid material and was cancerous.Whenever it comes to new surroundings or people, do you really feel shy? It is quite imperative to get over your shyness at some point in your life and speak confidently. If you are able to achieve this, you will not only be able to share your ideas but will also be able to communicate without much of discomfort with anyone or everyone.On April 20, I had a biopsy of a thyroid nodule. It was positive for papillary carcinoma. I will attempt to maintain this site to answer all the frequently asked questions about this condition and keep everyone posted on what is happening.
