Niacin the Vitamin B

Vitamin B3, also called Niacin, is yet another of the eight water-soluble B vitamins or the B complex vitamins. B complex vitamins are essential in the breakdown of fats and protein, in maintaining muscle strength of the digestive tract and in maintaining the health of the nervous system, skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver.This is a blog on which I comment regularly from a conservative perspective on a range of current political and social issues. My interests include the climate change debate - yes, there is a debate - political current affairs in Australia, the US and Britain, and religio-political issues from a non-religious perspective. I also have an interest in history and the way the study of it has been hijacked by theories that have their origins in the radicalism of the 1960s.
